Like how the ex-gangster and ex-convict Neivelle Tan was able to become a pastor by God’s grace (http://www.antioch.com.sg/well/testimon/neivelleTan/) and I believe many were inspired to visit his church when they knew nothing about it except his own testimony. People always love a ‘rags-to-riches’ or ‘from very down to very up ‘ kind of story.

You don’t need to be like Rupert Murdoch or SI Newhouse in order to do that.
Look at the Mountain, If you have faith like a mustard seed, you say to the Mountain, be cast to the sea, it will be done to you.
Look at your vision (not obstacle), and work out detail in faith – then your vision will come to past.
Look at your vision and think big (your vision shall be sizable like a mountain), and work it out in detail (because God is in detail), exercise your faith (your faith belong to God – Return what belong to HIM back to HIM). Hold on to His promise and everything will come to past.
