If you’re reading this now, I should be in the air flying towards Vietnam! I’ll be there for a week… Yeah!

Looking forward to the wonderful people, food and culture that makes that country a perfect haven to find rest from the never-ending demands and datelines *yucks*

Its amazing how you can read the bible over and over again, and always learn something new. Recently I am reading the book of Mark, one of the four Gospels. I am in awe all over again how Jesus came and literally turned an upside-down world right-side up! He is the HOPE of the world and HE STILL IS!

Just like how today’s news of Jose Mourinho’s resignation as Chelsea’s manager had sent shock waves in the sports world, Jesus’ life and ministry sent shock waves in Israel and now all over the world. The vast difference between the two- Jesus’ impact saves and transforms lives!

Boo hoo… My 6-day MC from my tooth surgery ends today. So tomorrow is back to the “rat race” once again =p

BUT I’ve been blessed with the rest in God and had time to listen to Corrine May’s latest album- “Beautiful Seeds. Actualy I’m not exactly a fan of hers because of her ‘husky’ voice, but her songs are soulful and has a way to touch a heart. It touched mine.

Got to know a new friend from Germany who depicted how the young people like my age (=p) in Germany find the Church irrelevant and unappealing. Majority of the church-goers are the elderly with the conservative background. The Church is ailing in Germany and that’s very sad.

My prayer is that we (Christians) will step up TO BE THE CHURCH (and not just go to church) wherever we may be and be the generation that God has called us to be in Him, and not ever break the chain of the faith for our children and the future generations to come so that He might deservingly be known FULLY as our Lord and Saviour throughout ages.

Went to the dentist recently and had been told that I will need to do root canal treatment with the whole crown + gum surgery package. The forecasted cost…. a whopping $1k plus!?

I think going to dentist is one of those things you go unreluctantly. Not only cos of the pain but also the pain in you wallet. Who wants to pay money to experience pain and suffering???
