If you want to see what you’ve never seen, you have to do what you have never done.
Because if you do what you always do, you’ll continue to see what you always see and you’ll never see what you have never seen.

Sounds logical, but how do we know which open doors is from Him and which is not?
Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity. What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun? Ecc
but is doing what we’ve never done always a good thing? I’ve never murdered…so does that mean to see a murdered man, i gotta kill someone?
so the quote is a bit flawed la.
Hmmm… would God call us to murder someone??
I know my God that I worship wouldn’t =p
Note: Please kindly decode the quote in its context and more importantly within the framework of God’s character and His will… Thanks! 🙂
Folks, patience is a virtue. Haste makes waste.
With the purpose driven fever sweep around the globe, let’s remember Abraham & Ishmael, Moses smiting the Egytian (Exo2), Saul as temporary priest & lost the kingship (1Sam13), & other examples from the bible & learn from King David.
How many times have we made major decisions in career, edu, partner & others without first praying & yet we expect the Lord to honour our commitments when we faced problems later on? May the Lord have mercy on us….
Therefore David inquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go and smite these Philistines? And the LORD said unto David, Go, and smite the Philistines, and save Keilah. 1Sam23
With positive thinking permeating the very fabric of our society, & alpha thinking, & books -“how to be the Genius & Winner in you”, & sayings like “Without mistakes we don’t learn, we can’t get better at what we do and we don’t find out what is wrong.”, etc, why not open your own Bible, worn-out outside, but untouched inside, and understand His Purpose for us on our short stay on this planet?
Let’s be aware some mistakes can be rectified, while others are lifelong commitments with long term repercussions & effects. Like buying a $500K property with a 30 year loan, and missed out on hearing the Lord’s call to go evangelize overseas, & then, waiting everyday hoping to strike 4D.
Prov 21:5 The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty.
Prov13.12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.
